Shiitake has been cultivated on logs in Japan and China for over 1,000 years, and is the most widely eaten medicinal mushroom in the world. Beyond the kitchen, it has long been valued as a daily tonic — naturally rich in lentinan, eritadenine and B-vitamins.
Extracted from whole fruiting body, not mycelium. Fruiting body shiitake contains significantly more lentinan and eritadenine than grain-grown mycelium products.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot.
Anyone looking for a simple, well-rounded daily mushroom to support their wellbeing alongside a healthy diet.
Shiitake works steadily over time. Most people take it daily for 6 to 12 weeks as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Lentinan (beta-D-glucan), eritadenine, LEM, ergothioneine, ergosterol (provitamin D2), lenthionine, essential amino acids, B-vitamins and selenium.
