Rhodiola rosea grows in the harsh cold of the Arctic and high mountains, and has been used for centuries by Scandinavian and Siberian peoples to stay strong through long, hard winters. It is one of the world’s most studied adaptogens.
Standardised to both rosavin and salidroside — the two key compound groups. Many rhodiola products standardise to only one of them, or neither.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot. Best taken earlier in the day.
Busy professionals, overstretched parents, athletes in heavy training and shift workers — anyone who needs to stay sharp under pressure.
Many people enjoy it as part of their morning routine from the first week. Adaptogens work best with consistent daily use over 2 to 4 weeks.
Rosavins (rosavin, rosin, rosarin), salidroside, tyrosol, flavonoids, monoterpenes, gallic acid and chlorogenic acid.
