Stinging nettle has been gathered in spring for at least 2,000 years, used across Europe as a tonic, a food and a traditional herb. It is one of the most mineral-rich plants in the wild — and our tincture is made from fresh spring nettle, harvested at its peak.
Made from fresh, spring-harvested aerial parts, picked when nutrient density is at its peak. Dried nettle loses much of its profile, which is why we use it fresh.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot.
Anyone who wants a mineral-rich daily herb, particularly through spring and summer, and anyone looking for a traditional seasonal tonic.
Nettle is a gentle daily herb. Most people take it consistently for 4 to 6 weeks, often through the spring and summer months.
