Milk Thistle has been part of European herbal tradition for over 2,000 years, recorded by Pliny the Elder and still one of the most widely used herbs today. Its seeds are the source of silymarin, one of the most researched plant compounds in the world.
A concentrated, silymarin-rich extract of milk thistle seed, in liquid form for easy daily use.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot.
Anyone who enjoys the occasional drink, anyone following a seasonal cleanse, and anyone who wants to give their body a little daily support.
Milk Thistle is traditionally used as a daily herb over time. Most people take it consistently for 4 to 8 weeks, often alongside Dandelion.
Silymarin (silibinins A and B, silicristin, silidianin, isosilibinin), taxifolin, linoleic and oleic acids, betaine and apigenin.
