In Japan, Maitake means “dancing mushroom” — said to be what foragers did when they found one. Prized for centuries as both a delicacy and a tonic, it is best known for its unique polysaccharide fractions. A versatile, all-round mushroom for everyday wellbeing.
Standardised to D-fraction content — the polysaccharide fraction most research has focused on. Not all maitake extracts contain meaningful levels of it; ours does.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot.
Anyone wanting one versatile daily mushroom rather than a shelf full of supplements.
Maitake works steadily over time. Most people take it daily for 4 to 8 weeks alongside a healthy lifestyle.
D-fraction and MD-fraction (protein-bound beta-glucans), grifolan, SX-fraction, ergosterol, ergothioneine, B-vitamins and essential minerals.
