With its cascading white spines, Lion’s Mane is one of the most striking mushrooms in the forest — and one of the most researched. Traditionally enjoyed in China and Japan, where Buddhist monks were said to take it before meditation, it is famous today for its unique hericenones and erinacines. Daily nourishment for a busy mind.
Dual-extracted from whole fruiting body to capture its hericenones. Many competitors use mycelium grown on grain, which is mostly starch with little of the active compounds.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot. Best taken earlier in the day.
Students, professionals, creatives and anyone who wants to feel sharp and focused through a long day — and to keep their mind in good shape for years to come.
Lion’s Mane is a long-term ritual rather than a quick fix. Most people take it every morning for at least 4 to 12 weeks.
Hericenones (A–H), erinacines (A–K), beta-glucans, DLPE, ergothioneine and essential minerals.
