Far more than a garden weed, dandelion has been a trusted herb in European, Chinese and Ayurvedic traditions for over a thousand years. Its bitter root has long been used to support digestion, while its leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. Our tincture uses both — the whole plant, as tradition intended.
Made from the whole plant, root and leaf, so you receive both the bitter compounds of the root and the mineral-rich profile of the leaf. Many products use only one — we use both.
Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot.
Anyone following a seasonal cleanse or reset, people who enjoy traditional bitters before meals, and anyone looking for a simple daily digestive herb.
Dandelion is a gentle daily herb. Many people take it before or after meals and continue for 2 to 4 weeks or longer.
